The world is paying a heavy price for the U.S. Congress being out of balance with too many left brain thinking assertive High Reds in control in Washington
In setting out to balance the budget, it has become evident
that the bureaucrats assigned to the task, are out of balance themselves when it comes to representing the majority of the American people that elected them.

Yet, today it is clear that the American people are being represented in Washington
75% of Americans hold a different point of view, when it comes to how best to deal with the difficult and challenging situations that the government is facing today.
Yet, the future of the world is dependent upon the ability of these people to make the right decisions, or even in this case, their proven inability to work together, no matter how great the stakes.
It is clear that the overriding issue preventing satisfactory resolution of this crises
was the want and need for individual power and control, not caring about the common good, and what the repercussions of their actions meant to the rest of the world.
Any time, you gather any group of people around a table, and ask them to mutually agree it is difficult.
It is impossible when everybody around that table is a High Red, similar in style to Donald Trump and Alan Sugar.
Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am not color prejudice, some of my best friends are High Reds.
They have a lot of strengths, but working as team members is not one of them.
They are inclined to deal with people and situations through control and command, “my way or the highway”.
High Reds hate softness in others and in themselves, and to them win/win is wishy-washy.
When President Obama asked them to collaborate and compromise it failed miserably.
These results were predictable, yet if we are going to get out of this mess the only answer is for people work together as a team like never before.

We will then have a balanced approach to solving the enormous problems that the world is facing today, truly a Mastermind Group where both the left brained thinking and right brained thinking electorate are represented.
When addressing the issues that affect all of our lives, we can then have ideal project teams where decision-makers have different strengths to draw on.
These representatives will then hopefully use iMA to understand their colleagues differing points of view.
This will lead to greater communication ,trust, cooperation, and will reduce our stress and tension knowing that we've got the right people and government looking out for our interests, and keeping the focus on the common good, rather than self interest.
The world will be a better place when everyone starts using iMA and hopefully the sooner the better!
